The property was comfortable! The elevators worked and were quite fast. The rooms and entire property stayed clean. I felt safe. The front staff was amazing. She was so kind to allow me to check in early. Held my bags during checkout (bec I was not leaving just yet). I was treated so well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was excellent. The interior is excellent since the remodel. Right next to the convention center. On-property Starbucks.

Great location! Just 2 blocks from 6th street. Nice lobby with lots of places to sit. It was very hot when we travelled to Austin. So, it was nice to have somewhere to sit and cool off. I loved that Starbucks was in building. Rooms were nice and spacious.

The location was close to where I needed to go for my presentation. The room was clean and the wifi was excellent.

Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, different variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was right behind the concert venue we went to. The valet service was excellent, too.

Very nice rooms for the price/value. Great right downtown location within walking dsistance to pretty much everything. Good views if you're higher up floor wise.

Perfect location. The walk to the middle of 6th Street takes less 5-8 minutes from the door to the door of one of the bars.
